The location across from the harbor was perfect for exploring. However, noise from the bar made it hard to relax at night.

The location made it easy to access attractions and enjoy scenic walks along the waterfront. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. However, the noise from the bar was disruptive, and the elevator was out of service during the day, making it inconvenient to navigate the building. Parking was available at no charge, which was a nice bonus.

A view to remember
Waking up each morning to a breathtaking harbor view was truly the highlight of our stay. The staff's friendliness made every moment delightful, and the nearby attractions were just a pleasant walk away.
However, the elevator was quite small and slow, which made it inconvenient during busy hours. Additionally, we experienced some noise disturbances from outside, especially late at night, affecting our sleep quality.

The location is great, near the harbour.
Our room was uncomfortably warm with no AC despite the high temperatures. The tiny bathroom had no fan, making it feel stuffy. Additionally, the hot tub was barely warm, quite disappointing considering it was marketed as heated.

Exceptional Service and Beautiful Harbor Views
I recently enjoyed a stay with my family in a room that boasted stunning views of the harbor. The location was perfect, as everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore downtown Victoria. The staff were incredibly helpful, and they really went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. My only concern was the noise from the bar below, which could be a bit disruptive at times.

It was just a good match for a budget stay in Victoria with value for price. The staff was helpful when I needed a new room after one had a noisy bed. Make sure to check the vending machine payment options if you need snacks.

No air conditioning meant hot nights with little relief, as the breeze didn't quite make it into the room. The outdated room furnishings felt neglected, and a slamming door every time a guest left or entered was a real nuisance. The breakfast selection lacked variety, with no smaller options like cereal or muffins, making it feel limited for a longer stay. Noise from the bar downstairs was disruptive, especially late into the night, and the uncomfortable bed and lumpy pillows made for some fitful sleep.

Had an awesome trip with friends! The staff were super helpful, and we loved our room overlooking the harbor. Great location for visiting nearby attractions and enjoying meals at Belleville's Quality Watering Hole and Diner, which has a fantastic outdoor patio. Definitely recommend this spot!
We did experience some heating issues during our stay, which made the nights a bit uncomfortable.

The location is unbeatable, right on the water and close to all downtown attractions, perfect for exploring. The friendly staff made the experience even better, and having pet-friendly options was a bonus. However, the room was clean but showed signs of wear, and the stale smell upon arrival required some airing out. Noise from the nearby bar was disruptive at night, impacting sleep quality, despite otherwise comfortable accommodations.
